Oregon State University provides OPAN with program support including access to video production equipment, staff expertise and students who help produce daily shows.

Oregon University System
The Oregon University System provides OPAN's with staff support, planning expertise and access to video networks. University of Oregon, Oregon State University and Portland State University regularly provide OPAN with a rich resource of public affairs lectures and seminars.
